Terms and conditions for Go Travel.
How To Book
Call Go Travel on 0844 576 3040 to book. Our phone lines on are open 8:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday UK time.
Booking Online, we will accept your transaction as your sign of intent to transact, your transaction is accepted by us subject to confirming the separate elements of the package still being available to reserve when we confirm your transaction with the various suppliers of the advertised holiday. We promise to confirm your transaction within 24 hours of us receiving it, on a normal working day.
The price advertised on our site, includes, Flights from your chosen airport to your chosen destination and return, accommodation as advertised, all taxes and surcharges. Prices do not include, Transfers from your destination airport to your hotel and return, Holiday Insurance, Upgrade of Room Facilities, Supplementary charges that may be imposed by airlines from time to time including but not limited to Baggage, Credit Card, Pre-Booked Seats.
Your booking will be confirmed in writing within 10 working days and your tickets will be in your hands approximately 10 days before the date of your departure. Remember we can also pre-book your seats, upgrade your flights, book overnight airport accommodation and arrange all of your ancillary needs – simply ask us to look into your specific holiday needs.
Customer Protection
The air holidays and flights on this website are ATOL Protected, the relevant ATOL number is displayed with each holiday shown. Go Travel hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 1595. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us or other ATOL Protected tour operator for an advance booking. Go Travel is a member of ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents Number K6487). ABTA provides several services for the consumer, including independent arbitration, financial protection, and a code of conduct we have to follow. Full details can be found on the ABTA website.

The information and / or prices shown on the Web Site are updated from time to time and therefore may have changed by the time you come to book your holiday or travel arrangements. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all such information and prices, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen holiday or travel arrangements (including the price) at the time of booking.

All party members must have travel insurance. It is not necessary to purchase this from Go Travel. Travel insurance is subject to a government tax.
We shall require a deposit and any insurance premiums within three days of your telephone booking. If your departure date is within 10 weeks of making your booking we require full payment.
A 2.25% charge will be made for credit card payments of telephone bookings, debit card transactions are free of charge.
